Cross Weight will work whether you race a kart, dirt car, autocross, or road racing by calculating weight distribution, weight bias, and cross weight. Cross Weight provides six independent input pages. So you may enter, check, and save multiple scenarios. The history is saved so last value entries can be reviewed for quick and easy reference. The calculator is triggered automatically when you enter a valid value in one of the input fields. Press the "Send" button to email the results to yourself or a race buddy.
Simply enter the wheel weights for each wheel and the summations and percentages for all of the following relevant combinations are calculated:
- Front Weight Distribution = Left Front Weight + Right Front Weight
- Front Weight Bias = ((Left Front + Right Front) / Total Weight) * 100
- Rear Weight Distribution = Left Rear Weight + Right Rear Weight
- Rear Weight Bias = ((Left Rear + Right Rear) / Total Weight) * 100
- Left Weight Distribution = Left Front Weight + Left Rear Weight
- Left Weight Bias = ((Left Front + Left Rear) / Total Weight) * 100
- Right Weight Distribution = Right Weight + Right Rear Weight
- Right Weight Bias = ((Right Front + Right Rear) / Total Weight) * 100
- Left Rear / Right Front Weight Distribution = Left Rear Weight + Right Front Weight
- Left Rear / Right Front Weight Bias = ((Left RearWeight + Right Front Weight) / Total Weight) * 100
- Right Rear / Left Front Weight Distribution = Right Rear Weight + Left Front Weight
- Right Rear / Left Front Weight Bias = ((Right Rear Weight + Left Front Weight) / Total Weight) * 100
